Imagine you are a doctor and after a long day working at your clinic you find out one of your patients left her unlocked phone over the waiting room.

Inside you found countless pictures of her naked and in sexy poses.

What would you do? Return the phone without saying anything or would you rather try to exploit the situation, maybe blackmailing her for money or sex?

That's one of the choices you'll make on Clinical Methods, the upcoming 0.0.5 update of General Practitioner, a game where choices really matter and are not just a mean to "tell a tale".

I'm playing the story, and I did the trip to Seattle, and ive had the sister and niece come over and ive examined I believe all seven. guess I got so caught up in the game that I forgot that it is still a WIP

I like choices to be good or bad, even though I always just play good.;) Just hope that being good doesn't mean you are cut off from most sexual encounters like in many other adult games I tried. From what I have seen so far you thankfully don't seem to fall in that category. Maybe also expand a little on personal preferences and fetishes. I remember that with one patient I could admit to her that she has nice feet and that I have a foot fetish. Maybe its possible to make such choices permanent attributes for your character? Or have some dominant/submissive point system and two or three fetishes linked to them. The dominant version would e.g. unlock scenes for receiving blowjobs, fucking a woman hard from behind, etc. and a sub version could unlock scenes where he worships women's feet and pleasures them orally. It also could be interesting once you added more employees to your clinic. Their attitude towards the doc could vary depending on his personality level then.

"Maybe its possible to make such choices permanent attributes for your character?" They will definitely work in a way similar to what you're saying. Even regarding your staff they will react to your choices, or at least the most "public" ones, for example if you happen to be seen around the clinic with two different girlfriends in a short time (that's just an example).

As for choices being good or bad, just like in real life some women will be attracted by bad guys while some will ask for a nice guy. :)
