In addition, you could make the numbers for charm etc a bit bigger. You can quite quickly hit 100 for them, and then nothing else happens: you saturate everything. Perhaps you can add in the values for Personal Integrity, and Sex etc.

For the monthly expenses, maybe you could add an app to the new phone. A "budget" kind of thing showing all salaries, rental items, and personal (gym,pool). Might be easier than putting it on the main interface.
