0.0.7 Dialogues upgrade and Clinic's Fame (Patreon)

Next update "Joy Festival" explores the story arc about you and Erika Lawley. She was one of the first characters you met when you started the game for the first time, she has been always present since release 001 but she wasn't deeply explored yet.

Because of that all previous dialogues involving her have  been revamped and deepened. You will need to start a new game of course to see them and choose your behaviour with her, but that, along with the new interface of examinations and the outcome of your choices will hopefully make that a funny experience.

I also changed how "fame" is used in the game. Fame points are linked to the outcome of the examinations and for now weren't used in the game.

Starting with 007 the clinic's fame will determine if you even gain something by going to work at all. If the fame is too low you might even lose time, but if it becomes higher it will bring even more patients.

This is also the basic for the "random examination project", because fame will determine which kind of patients you will randomly receive and if you will receive them.
