0.0.9 settings panel (Patreon)

In 0.0.9 "...Three's a crowd" update you will get to choose if you wish the tutorial to be played and which game mode you want to enable from the settings screen.

This allows the player to choose this options even when a game is already in progress, without having to start over from scratch.

This is part of the effort to reduce the need to start a new game unless it's absolutely necessary.
