New examination available info on 0.0.10 (Patreon)

Tired of going to the clinic and doing basically nothing while you would have chosen another activity instead?

Whenever a new scripted examination is available in the game by choosing to go to the clinic the image will show it in a very clear way.

You can then choose to attend to your duties without the need of reading useless text. Of course this need will disappear once Random Examinations will be released, but in the meantime... enjoy the new feature! :D
