Flu and delays (Patreon)

While mid release was almost ready (it's due February 22nd for 10$ patrons), I got ill.

With body temperature being 38.7 degrees Celsius I don't seem to be able to focus enough to write anything decent, which is both unfortunate and funny, because the third patient of the update went to St. Mary's with flu-like symptoms :)

That does not mean that 10$ patrons won't receive their update of course, but it will be a little smaller than expected with just one medical exam more than previous early release (making that two total and the complete "relative" story arc).

Forgive me for any trouble this might cause, if that'll be the case.
