New settings screen in 0.0.13 (Patreon)

The User Interface overhaul continues with the all-new Settings Screen, made by Graphic Designer Laura "Sasquatchii" Henderson.

In the screen above you can see the "Sound and Display" settings. I split the old settings in two separate screens to better display them. In 0.0.12 this caused the "Vanilla" and "Tutorial" options to disappear, but they'll be introduced again with the second screen I'm showing you:

In the "Language/Game Mode screen" you can choose if you want to play "Vanilla" or "Story" mode, if to enable the tutorial and the "Medical Help" during examinations, both random and scripted.

You can also see a Language setting. While this won't make you choose anything else than "English", if I reach the next Patreon goal new languages will be implemented in the game, starting from those you see in the screen above :)
