Meet Ellen, patient #40 (Patreon)

Ellen presents to St. Mary's clinic after an unexpected increase in bleeding during her menstrual period associated with tiredness, weakness and  dizziness.  

She tells Nurse Lawley that she had a normal menstrual history up to 4 years ago.  Over the past 4 years her menstrual periods have become increasingly  heavy and irregular with larger gaps between them. 

It's up to you to help her sort out this case.

You might also note that as time pass and the game approaches Fall the patients will arrive more clothed than before at the clinic. This also means that you'll have to be smart enough to convince them to undress for the sake of the exam.
