Hello. First of all an apology for the delay in pods this week. We will have a season review and a Q&A coming out as soon as possible. In the meantime, get those questions in via the usual channels (in the comments here or on Discord) and feel free to post any highs, lows or thoughts on Barça's 23-24 campaign to be used in season review, which will be released Thursday night.

Thank you!

Do you believe that Flick maybe able to get more out of Lewandowski with the new physical preparedness staff to at least resemble the player he was when he arrived or is it too late for that

Joe and Jacob Madden

How do you all think Merino would fit into the midfield? Does this mean double pivot coming?

Tamir Ailon

What are tangible and realistic improvements Flick can make to the team from a tactical, physical preparation, squad management and motivational perspective? Conversely, what aspects of the disappointing last year are inherent to the club's financial situation and ongoing mismanagement that cannot be fixed by a managerial change alone.

Tamir Ailon

Assuming Flick employs his preferred 4-2-3-1, how does this change in formation alter the desired profile and traits of the pivot / DM being sought by the club relative to that of a single pivot in a 4-3-3- or the double pivot of Xavi's 4-man midfield from last year.

Sure Merino rumours are NOT true?!😳 even if he were free we would still have to pay him a salary. Unless they definitely selling one of our existing midfielders I can’t see what it is this dude is going to bring. Are the pod fans?

If Flick favours 4-2-3-1 as we are led to believe Vito. /?Bobby Gavi/Fermin Felix Rafinha /Lamal Frankie Pedri Font Pau Kounde Julian Tegan Subs Vito Ferrran Gundo, balde Ronald Joao Do we really need to do any business. ? On the assumption we cannot get past Madrid and can’t afford any players that might help us achieve that. How much worse does the pod think Barca will be next season running it back as opposed doing any business in the summer.. with fresh ideas and impetus of a Flick. Unpopular it might be but how much worse would we be. Might just be THE most sensible decision the club can make. Be interesting to see how all the haters would react. To Barca seemingly making a “sensible” decision for once in their eyes.

Put another way. If Hansi is given more or less the same squad. Will it be too unfair to judge him on whether he is a better option to Xavi based on what he achieves. So if for instance he closes the gap in points on Madrid, or falls to third, or gets Barca to the UCL semi vs getting knocked out before the quarters.. u get the picture. Will that not be A way for the club to assess if they then want to sign HIS own players?
