Sam and Rik talk about Barcelona signing RB Leipzig’s Dani Olmo after his fine Euros campaign. How good is he? Where does he fit in? Does it fit the plan? Is there a plan? And so on.

Arrggghhh gents...why do we do this again and again? This feels like a reprise of the Neymar/Coutinho/Dembele fiasco. Flush with cash, we panic and *have* to sign Coutinho, but can't, so we sign Dembele - for way more money than we should've. And today we want to sign Nico, but can't, so we sign Olmo - and almost instantly overspend the money we just made! Why is it so difficult for us simply to sit, save money, perhaps deal a player, and wait for the signing we want?
