Hey everyone, we're recording the latest Q&A podcast on Friday, hopefully with Xavi already announced as Barcelona's new coach. Get your questions in on Xavi or anything else Barça, Barcelona, Spain, Europe, the world related and Rik will put them to Toni and Sam. Either comment on this post or post them on Discord, the usual drill. Thanks for your support!

We need a new medical/physical training team. These relapses can’t keep happening to our star players. I know there are rumours of Dr. Ricard Pruna returning, and Xavi having his own medical guy, but is there a chance of a total overhaul in that department? That should be our next main focus. What happened to Laporta’a head of physical preparation position?

Which players are likely to start in Xavi's preferred eleven? Xavi seems to prefer a 3-4-3, and I think we have a very decent XI for that. Ter Stegen of course, then a back three with Araujo to the right, Eric in the middle, and Lenglet to the left. Double pivot with Frenkie and Pedri, Dest and Alba as wingbacks. Dembele and Ansu as inside forwards, with Depay taking the central position (for a lack of a better alternativ). Ideally you would have a natural striker centrally. You could even switch to 4-3-3 during the game by pushing Eric into a Busquets role (that might be a disaster tho, just an idea).

Another question, there are a lot of rumours circulating as to which players Xavi wants to bring in. What rumours do you consider to be most realistic?

Do you think ter stegans slow distribution contributes to Barca’s slow build up play, Compared to when Valdes was in goal?
