Hey, we're recording the next Q&A pod on Thursday so questions in on Discord or below and we'll get them answered!

Comments

Marcus May

If you were Xavi, what players would you want to leave and which players do you think you could bring in to the club in the summer?

Marcos Dolislager

Has there been any interest from Barca in Edson Alvarez at Ajax as a DM? Seems like a good fit as a potential Busquets replacement. Obviously finances for Barca hinder big moves right now.

Jonathan Ben-Israel

I know one of you is a chelsea fan, so whats your thoughts on the 2009 ucl semi finals? Was it rigged?

Ed

If you had to guess, do you think Xavi has a Pep like term as manager (4 years) or could you see him staying 10-12 years? Has Xavi expressed any interest in coaching in any other countries or the Spanish National Team?

I think they can afford the transfer fee, it would just be the salary cap that would be a problem, unless it increases next season and Barca can get rid of Cou,

Ivan

I thought the winter transfer market for Barca was as good as it could be. What do you think would have made the winter transfer window a realistic 10/10? I know Toni didn’t think it was all that great (despite his rating of 7/10).

Marcus May

Another one, how do you think the players feel with dembele not singing the contract? As fans we are all annoyed and disappointed, do you think the players feel the same? I wouldn’t want to pass to him if I was playing!!

Siempre Positivo

Thanks for the questions everyone, unfortunately we have to push the recording back to Fri AM but we will answer them all!

Muhammad Naveed

Why didnt barcelona prioritize defensive signings this window? Salary cap issues or looking towards long-term solutions in the summer. Excited to hear your thoughts!
