Hello, my lovelies!

Springtime is almost upon us! I hope you're all doing well, despite the horrors.

Perhaps it's the season putting spring cleaning in my head, but I've been thinking I'd really like to do a bit of a "check-in".

Lately I've been feeling a significant drive to experiment more beyond my usual work. Well, by "lately" I probably mean "for the last 5-6 years". I know I have a brand, and that brand is sexy monster girl hypno, and that isn't going to change.

That said, I think I'd like to taste the wind here and see if I can get a feel for how changing things up might impact my, well, income.

So, here's a simple poll! I would simply like to know which of these stories you've enjoyed. Please check the box for every story of mine you've read! Feel free to leave extra feedback below.

Really Should Go and Teacher's Pet are definitely the highlights for me from this list ^///^, would not say no to more stuff like those. That being said of the recent stories of yours that I've read, i can't think of any that I *dis*liked.

The main thing I'm figuring out right now is how strong the preference is for malesub vs. lesbian stories. I know most readers prefer the former, but I want to know if they actively don't enjoy lesbian stories, too. It looks like a fair number don't.

Gotcha. tbh I find myself on the other side of that one in that if I have a preference, it's for f/f stories. I will say Flying Together kinda passed me by after the first chapter (so I didn't check it), not because it was f/f but after the first chapter I got the vibe that there wasn't going to be an antagonist per se and it'd be more about the characters' issues mainly tied to the setting and their religion and the religious themes just weren't the kinda themes I was looking for. I also wound up missing Teacher's Pet and I kinda. Don't have any explanation for that one, I just missed it, lol. I think I at some point got it in my head that it didn't have any monsters in it and it was a more straightforward modern setting with human characters and no fantasy elements but now that I'm thinking about it, I dunno if that's even true? But yeah, uh, even if my reading habits don't seem to indicate, I really love the f/f stuff you write, like, I viewed Winter Rose as f/f and that's one I was really excited to see. All Aflutter is one of my favorites. If we're logging preferences, I guess the pattern here is that I really like your transgirl f/f stuff.

I think basically by chance this set of options sort of ends up pairing the male lead options with the more fantasy focused options, since Teachers Pet and Flying Together are both more modern world kind of situations. And then the only non male lead story left is the forcefem one, which is niche I think? Like, one of the best ways to summarize my particular gender situation is "trans woman" and I've greatly enjoyed a lot of your fantasy work that's focused on trans women leads, but forcefem squicks me out a little bit despite the fact that you might guess I'd be in the primary demographic for enjoying it. Um- I don't mean to say there's anything wrong with it, it's just not my kind of thing, is all. Basically I think this set of options might overstate your readers' preference for specifically male leads over female leads, since the stories with female lead here either focus on more niche fetishes or focus on stuff that doesn't take place in your usual fantasy settings.

True! I wish I'd thought to include a fantasy lesbian option other than Winter Rose. It's totally normal to get squicked out by forced-hatching stories, by the way. For some trans girls, it's a nice fantasy, for others not so much. ^^

Winter rose is undoubtedly my favorite recent piece. It scores extremely high on my personal bingo card of interests. (forcefem, hint of tf, princessification, some manipulation). Personally, variety is something I like about what you put together. When it comes to ideas and perspectives and pairings, I feel like getting a spread is just such a treat. Your fantasy will probably always be my favorite though. I just like a variety of fantasy, lol

Yeah. I think mostly by coincidence, this sample size wound up having all the malesub stuff be the fantasy-based "cute monster hypnotizes poor shmuck" and the f/f stuff be the slightly more experimental stuff that's either more "down-to-earth" (granted down-to-earth with bug girls, so it's kinda relative) or slightly more niche like Winter Rose's egg cracking. I will say though, even if I didn't read Teacher's Pet or Flying Together so it sounds like I'm talking out of both sides of my mouth lmao, something I would be excited for if you wanted to do it is continue experimenting with different settings and time periods and mixing in the fantasy elements you do so well into them.

When it comes to dom/sub stories, I really only read the ones where a, I don't even know the accepted term so..., conventionally female character is the sub, and the more human-like she is the better. So I've been mostly glancing at the description or tags and hoping for the next story to be more to my taste.

Dumb little master has been my favorite. I love seeing Senya in situations. I always try to read all of the stories, but I dip out pretty quickly with the toxic ones. I've had bad experiences with an ex, so the toxic ones make me more upset than horny. If or when it gets that way I stop. Your writing is amazing on all your stories!! Sometimes it's just... too good lol

I’m not surprised but am a little sad Flying Together seems to be bringing up the rear. I thought it was a really cute story that also touched on some very real shit while also being quite hot. But I get why it’s probably not people’s favs compared to more smutty fics

so long as it focuses on the female sub's helplessness and (unwanted) pleasure, it's mostly a wash, although, as far as being a voyeur is concerned, blowjob's don't do much for me, so slight edge to lesbian. (Experiencing a blowjob is, of course a much different story, ;p) PS: I'm also a big fan of female orgasm denial, but you and Larya's Sweetdrinker flowers both already know that.

Hello! I remember coming here after reading "Sea Slimes" and loving the hypnosis content. But even there, so much of what I loved about that story was the stuff I wasn't looking for. Like I think it's been almost 2 years since I read it, and I still remember the early interactions the team have with the mermaids. So sexy! Following your work since then has been the same tune. I NEVER would have looked into the tags/scenario of "Teacher's Pet" on my own but it totally shocked me in all the right ways! "Flying Together" on the flip side was way more tame, but I also grew up under a religious roof and found it really cute and smiley to read. So I feel that any creative work is actually made great by the person creating it. Which, I guess in capitalism is not the ideal answer lol. As a musician I'm still trying to wrangle with that. Since I am lucky to have found your work and read enough to know that you know what I'll enjoy better than I do, I look forward to whatever you write in the future. (Since you're surveying preferences, I just enjoy beautiful women in any sexy situation tbh what else can I say?)

I loved seeing Senya and the Ranch atmosphere back. I like malesub, and I really like both the toxic dommes and the playful dommes. The ones the straddle the line between toxic and playful are especially fun to read.

tbh, I completely forgot about Flying Together until I saw it on the poll and lagging behind — but I went back and looked, and in fact I DID read it! and it's a very cute story! very wholesome, made me tear up a little bit, and a pretty funny ending. I get that it's maybe not aimed at your core audience, but I would love to see more of this stuff as well

Teacher’s Pet was inspired. you describe the sub’s perspective in an insightful way, the plot is captivating, and the dom has an interesting combination of personas that lends the story some great tension. beyond all that, though- the particular dynamic between these characters (toxic lesbians, crushes, obsession, condescension, gaslighting, hurt/comfort, addiction) happens to appeal to me greatly. i would love to see more work like this one in the future.

Sorry super late to the post. I'm just waiting for intrepid pawns to be continued since I really enjoy your femsub or lesbian + Hypno/fey/fantasy. Personally malesub isn't something I'm too into but I've been really invested in intrepid pawns and I really want to see it completed 😭. To be honest I haven't read teacher's pet or flying together despite them being f/f since Im more of a fan of the fantasy stories and the themes didn't resonate with me. Limini is one of my favorite characters since her dynamic of being a dom but always being put in a sub situation due to her large weakness is very entertaining to read. Just some personal thoughts I wanted to share. Big fan of your writing :)
