Hello, my lovelies!

All is well, more or less. It's been a very difficult month. A big dentist visit, another pet dying (this makes two this year), and a big bout of depression have really done numbers on my routine. They have forced me to take a look at what I'm doing with this Patreon, and to admit to myself that I've been sabotaging my writing with all the other pressures I've put on myself.

A big overhaul is on the way. I don't want to get into it here--I have a bigger post on the way--but I can promise that I will do my best to meet or refund all perks I don't get to this month. Next month, I will probably be removing or drastically modifying a few tiers at both the high and low end. Honestly, the biggest thing I need to change is the amount of upkeep the Patreon itself needs.

Another big change I'm going to make is either making chapters shorter and more frequent, or making them longer and biweekly. The Bad Ends might go away, and one other big thing people like might, too--I'm dreading that announcement, though, and am procrastinating it a little while I write up a proper post about it. It's all in service of getting back to writing smut I'm passionate about, though.

So, I'm still around, I won't be posting a chapter this week, but next week should be different.

Thank you, everyone. I appreciate all of you. <3

I love everything you put out, but your physical and mental health are far more important. Do what you need to do ♥️

Thank you very much. <3 I appreciate it. I really want to get back to writing stuff that I love, too!

I have a lot of friends who are creative artists. In their case It's a visual medium. But it applies to them all: Their health and their mental well-being is more important than meeting a quota. New artwork/stories will be there next week or next month or three months from now. But right NOW you need to do what is best for you. *Looks down*. How did that soapbox get there?!? 😉

The number one priority is that you're writing in a way that's enjoyable and fulfilling for you. Do what you've gotta do to make sure that this is fun for you and the rest will sort itself out.

You’re mental health and well-being is more important. Whatever the major changes are, I hope you keep writing Cloister Lands stuff.
