6:42 This is an important callback to season 2. In Emilia's trial, when Betelgeuse opens the box that contained the Witch Factor of Sloth and used it on his body merging with it permanently it to fight Regulus and Pandora and protect Fortuna and Emilia. He says something like: "All this time, I was just entrusted with this. I've only been holding onto it because I didn't have the knowledge to use it, but it was given to me for a time like this." Then he yells "Sorry, Flugel-sama" and uses it on himself — which ends up breaking his sanity and warping his body. Also in memory snow Subaru explains that he's passionate about stars and constelations and also shows some to Emilia or maybe Beatrice, he is passionate about stars because he was named after one.

I thought that "the smell" that she's referring to, is similar to what Rem/betty smell, which is the which's scent/miasma. Specifically to Subaru, implying the Flugel would have had a similar aura about him akin to subaru's? (if not just... him him?)

Cyber

wait that is a hell of a pull from the past, thanks for sharing that!!! (the flugel/beetlegeese part)

That Guy

I 100% also thought the voice for the test sounded like subaru

Vis King

I think it it was Subaru's voice when Subaru touched The Monolith and Julius' when Julius touched it, kinda like the trials in The Sanctuary.

P well

Will you guys be watching the rest of rezero break time as well? Rezero now has an official YouTube channel where they post them
