You have your priorities in the right place. Wishing you both and Annas mom all the best, I sincerely hope she gets better soon.

John M

Family comes first. I’ve been following a ton of reaction channels and you guys come across as the most genuine and empathetic. Thanks for the transparency and while I cannot speak for everyone, take whatever time you need. There will always be time for reactions and content. But time with loved ones is finite.

You guys are the best and are very appreciated not only for your reactions but as great people as well. As John M already said, your authenticity and empathy are unparalleled. Take whatever time you need; it’s easy for me to say as I’m currently in a similar situation as Anna regarding my mom, but I’m confident almost all your supporters would express a similar sentiment. Wishing you both nothing but the best <3

Styx TV

no worries, we should be an afterthought in a situation like this. thanks for all the content, and I hope everything works out for you guys. your videos are a highlight of my day, and I'm thankful they exist in the first place. take all the time you need

DennisAnimeFan

We appreciate what you do so much. Thank you for entrusting us with this info. Take good care of your family and yourselves, that is definitely the right thing to do. Best of wishes!

B

Thank you guys for sharing, we really appreciate it because we know it wasn’t easy for you. We love you guys. Best wishes for Anna’s mom

btw there's a poll running right now on their youtube channel to vote for future shows, if you want to vote check their community tab

Thank you for saying this, with everything going on we forgot to post about it on Patreon. I’ll do another post tomorrow saying this.

Damn guys, you can't catch a break, i follow you since you had like 12k subs and i saw all the hurdles you had to face (that's because you always are so honest and transparent on the problems you face). I want you to be succesful not only in youtube but in life in general because i can see you are wonderful people, i send all my positive energy to you. All my best wishes to Anna's mom. As for your consistency problem, maybe right now you should keep only doing 1-2 series simultaneously. We will watch anything you offer to us, but also would be a good thing with the limited time you have to be creators to not take more than 2 series at the same time so you can finish them in a good time lenght. I will keep following you even if you dont upload nothing, you deserve the loyalty. Good luck in everything and thank you for being so honest to us.

pink

thank you for being vulnerable with us, we are all here to support you guys!! it is very comforting to watch your videos, as everyone has said, you are so genuine and sweet. i hope in this time we can be a comfort for you guys too <3

Nines

Thanks for the transparency, personal issues should always take priority. At the risk of giving unwanted advice, I'd honestly suggest *not* replacing aot with a new show (for the time being) once you're done / caught up. Either that or having it only be a once-a-week timeslot. The schedule you guys are trying to uphold is pretty insane for two people who have full time jobs outside of the channel, and it leaves you with no buffer if things come up here and there. I hope Anna gets to spend some quality time with her mom, she (and her mom) deserve it.

Cubjitsu

I completely understand. Wishing you two and your families good health and happiness ❤️ Enjoy the time you have with them. Anime isn’t going anywhere.

Tristan Kohn

Wanted to meet my mom too but met friends to see your reaction bc you didnt say anything that you'll not upload. +ur not even telling your loving yt community? This video doesnt fit ur channel :/ theres a difference between setting priorities and taking responsability. However god bless your family anna.

Variane

Always prioritize family and loved ones, we completely understand and support you in that and will always do. We appreciate your honesty and we hope for your families well being, you also can cut back the content to give you time we are not priority your health and your families health is. Thank you for sharing

I just want to say I feel like it's you who does not quite fit into this channel, more specifically your set of values.

Ster_arch_13
>>101661088

They are actual people with their own lives and shouldn´t have to match their personal lives to your entertainment. They don´t owe you an upload. Family always comes first, but I wouldn´t expect you to understand given you´d ditch your mom over a YouTube video (which is entirely your own fault, not theirs).

Tristan Kohn
>>101661088

Boy. We pay 12dollars so it's their responsability to Upload what they PROMISE for these 12dollars. IF THEY CAN't, and they would really care for their community, they would make a Video stating like ''Ayo theres a bad time happening, we dont Upload for a month so don't expect our Videos or plan meetings on them because there are no Videos coming bc of these and that reasons''; Instead they dont Upload, then upload a video 1 day too late just stating that they're just humans and now they dont upload anymore. And like they say in the video, they feel bad, that they dont post such update on youtube wich indicates that EVEN I I LOVED THEM SO MUCH, they dont really care as much for this Community. It starts to feel like they just spreading time out as MUCH as possible, bc the only way they can get money off of this is by spreading time. And mindless NPC's like here in the comments that dont reflect it are the reason influencers earn 10thousnand dollars+ a month without even doing anything for it.

Markus X.

Because of transparency you give us here, we can understand the struggle you two have sometimes. Everyone can relate to illness and age can cause problems which are not solved over night. I broke with the habbit of staying up late just for a new reaction and that's good. I know it will come when it's ready and I will have a great time. The last episode of "Arcane" you were able to stay pretty quiet to get all the information on screen which is criminal rare in the reaction bubble. There is as much time as you want to talk afterwards, so never feel like you are forced to say something. You are so great 👍🏻 PS: Anna saying the dog is destroying furniture with a happy face is such a pet owner thing 😂 Good to hear doggo is fine.

Exactly, you pay 12 dollars a month to enjoy their content and that is not equal to owning their lives. Being responsible to the community STRICTLY means sticking with the planned schedule and providing good contents so make the members feel worth spending their money, which is important since that's basically what commitment means. And in cases where they can't promise it for any reason, they would need to inform the community in a way such that they can understand the situation and make decisions accordingly. Now, I don't give a shit about how much they or influencers normally earn like how you would like to mention somehow, but I do care about compromising. If you can't understand their actions and feel bad that they don't do enough for your money, like I commented earlier, it is your personal feelings and life values that do not match with theirs. I don't have any reason to respect or disrespect your opinion because I don't give a fuck about how you think, but still, if you feel that you're poorly treated, you can cancel the membership and leave anytime. They need more people like me and others more than ever.

Tristan Kohn
>>101661088

Everybody needs people that lift ur ego. And anybody needs people that critisize so we all can learn from each other. If my comment about some form of responsability doesn't fit into your worldview then i try to correct it: Hey Ben and Anna, im really shocked that you guys have a rough time and i hope everything goes well with your mother Anna. But for me it was reaaally disappointing to see that you didn't upload again and ur excuse just described as "i have a hard time sorry for that."My constructive thought: in the future the whole community(inc youtube) should have a chance to hear your inconsistencys before they happen, and if they happen please give us more than an excuse, it would be awesome to have heard "We're back in a month on saturday!" Bc now all i feel is sorry for your private life and disappointment without anything to look forward to. God Bless all of you👀

Radamanthys Wyvern
>>101661088

dude, do you read yourself? xD, you are asking they do something like "hey guys, next week my mom will be sick so we are telling you in advance that there wont be content next week!" it's ridiculous.

Stoke me a clipper

Just echoing everyone else: Take any time you need. Family, health, and mental health are all higher priority than this. Take a week off while you're at it. No editing, no scheduled uploads during the break because rushing to get that ready totally defeats the purpose, and no recording unless you feel like watching one of the ongoing shows.

Tristan Kohn
>>101661088

Please, read my comments before you try to quote me. I've never asked sth like that. Dont answer me if it's not constructive.

Radamanthys Wyvern
>>101661088

"My constructive thought: in the future the whole community(inc youtube) should have a chance to hear your inconsistencys before they happen" How can we interpret this then? Please explain to me please how anna and ben can explain their "inconsistencies" before it happen if the reason of those are: Their sick dog, Anna's mom, Ben having Covid, etc. That's what are you asking with this, that they somehow, can see the future and think "oh, my dog will be sick next week, we need to tell the community now in advance!" Again, your message is ridiculous. Emergencies happen all the time, and sadly anna and ben are having a lot of bad luck since last year (that's why i suggested maybe they should narrow the amount of series they take simultaneously) and they will inform us (they are not obligued to) when they can do it.

I3ladeDragon

I wish you all the best! IRL comes first. We are all just along for a ride, but ultimately one's own physical, mental, and emotional health takes priority. Thanks for being vulnerable and keeping everyone posted transparently!

>>101661088

Are you kidding me Tristan? How old are you? Just message them that you want your money back and I'm sure they'll give you a refund. Also if you missed an actual real life event just to wait for their videos then you kind of have a problem. And then you cry that you're spending a whole ass 30 cents a day so they somehow have to see the future. Holy..

Tristan Kohn
>>101661088

I dont want money i want REAL Transparancy. They have enough time and support as you see through the shitstorm in my comment. But it's always just a "waiting for the video" until theres an excuse but this time they dont even say "we'll be back in a week". They just excuse again bc it always works and this time they call it transparency without even caring enough to show on youtube or telling us to mayb stop our monthly subscribtion for a month bc there could be no content. Mayb they go for the same strategy as 95% of every other reactor and spread out their most viewed project until the finale hits so theres an calculatable amount of money to make? And as someone that payed them hundreds of dollars i have all right to critisize that. Sadly y'all dont read and sadly y'all just emotionally bash me without telling me anything constructive. Hopefully Anna and Ben can understand my fears and reach out on me.

Thomas Reinhardt

No problem, its kinda insane how much you guys provide with both of you having 9-5 jobs. Just went through a similar time with being busy for months, its very understandable.

Isac christensen

We are not the priority please take your time :) do what works best for you

>>101661088

I could be your dad @Jasmine tea enjoyer. That you're so offended due to my critical intervention on their Transperancy/Uploadbehavior leads to the only possible option that ur a kid urself. But i don't mind just dont write if it's not helping Anna&Ben on the expantion of their channel.

Jasmine Tea Enjoyer
>>101661088

the fact you dont realize youre the most immature person on this patreon for making your original comment speaks for itself

Tristan Kohn
>>101661088

Aren't you the kid that literally pays them just to comment the same under every video? "If you would know how the manga ends you wouldn't like it so much.". Now look on ur channel. You monthly pay 4Attack on Titan reactors, just to cope w. ur rooting for Eren and tell everyone everyday that you dislike the ending 😂Like i said you could be my son. Immature mental bs.

>>101661088

I'm sure if there won't be any content in x month, they would let us know and we won't have to subscribe for that month. But, Anna said everything with her mom has been ON and OFF meaning things could go bad real quick out of nowhere, so she decided to allocate more time with her. NOTHING is on pause, Ben explicitly said things might be a day late. Yes I AGREE, this means there's a drop in the quality and service in terms of the subscription we paid them to perform, but this inconsistency doesn't warrant a whole month or 2 off. Contents are still in the making, but MIGHT be at a slower rate Transparency? Ok, maybe not letting their Youtube community knows is a bad decision, but the contents there are behind Patreon, so there's a backlog for youtube that won't interrupt the current flow over there...that might be why they decided to not share "YET", they said. Besides, this week has been a pretty bad week given the strikes and puppy. How did I know? Cuz they did let us know lmao...leeching off our money by "making excuses" is an option, but it SHOULD NOT be the first assumption.

Jasmine Tea Enjoyer
>>101661088

How is it wrong for them to not tell youtube people? Wtf? They didnt even have to tell us on here whats going on, let alone 50k youtube subs... do you guys not understand what having a private life is? Why should Anime reactors on youtube be responsible for being 100% transparent with their entire audience all the time? AutoSave have done nothing wrong and if ya'll are complaining over a 5 dollar a month subscription price not getting you all the videos you wanted, you seriously need to take a step back and reevaluate your priorites.

Tristan Kohn
>>101661088

Oh thank you, you are literally the only smart one i've seen here on their patreon. You understood my point, the lines that have to be made and rationally broke down my fears. The fact that literally 10people roasted me to infinity bc im disappointed and afraid off being betrayed on my money shows me that this community really collects a ton of consuming dickheads that don't reflect on thei're money. Im not looking for a fake community doing as though life is just happy and fine. I look for transparency, and thankfully you're right w. the fact that they didnt stop uploading for a month. In their statement they just say ''we have problems and are just people so theres no upload anymore''. That lead me to the idea that they just sit back and watch moneyincome. Happy that they proved me wrong. These toxic instantly ranting people here lead me to an unsubscribtion. When i critisize people in comments without paying them i dont get a shitstorm :'D. So i quit after the last part aot and hope this community changes for a better so thei're channel can expand way more. One day both just work on reactions;vlogs and community. I pray for them.
