And apparently her bros are the only ones on board who know about Vhaz- but I will say for sure they don't know what he is, or what his whole deal is: lore-wise, there was a haunted underground ruin that their tribe had said was haunted for generations, and when Kallie-Lynn went exploring, she found Vhaz, and freed him.
