Howdy there!

The next update is almost ready to be shipped out!

The T2 release will be at some point on Saturday. I really hope all of y'all are going to like it. I personally do.Anyway, here's the full release schedule:

Tier 2 (Mythical Being, Messenger, Sentinel, SECSI, Mango Priestess, Warden, and all old T2 tiers):25/04/2026

Tier 1 (Seeker, Fledgling, and all old T1 tiers):02/05/2026

Tier 0 (Public):09/05/2026

(Dates in DD/MM/YYYY format)

Did I miss a post that said Saves don't work? My last saves were from v0.45 and were made in March.

I haven't had anyone mention broken saves, so to my knowledge, everything is fine on CH's end. Are you playing on PC or Android?

Heh, glad to hear that. An SFW mode would be fun. It's actually something that came up before and which I've considered doing at some point, though I have yet to make concrete plans for it. So.. maybe eventually lol

Not quite at the new place yet. Moving in 12 days! Finished renovating the new place a few days ago, though, so I've got a bit of a breathing period until the end of next week :)

I'm doing well, thank you. The big update had me struggling for a bit, but now that it's done, I'm getting back to enjoying working on CH :)

PC. Tried 3 different save from 0.45, all from March 2026. I get the message "Your save may be slightly broken but we can fix it. Then it asks if the save is from 0.41 or 0.42 or something else. I click Something else. The next message is "it must be an older save". I did use the update only patch for v 0.45, which acted. I'll download the full 0.45 and make a new save.

Interesting. That's a somewhat older failsafe I added, after saves broke in 0.42. There shouldn't be a reason for it to pop up on a 0.45 save file. If you don't want to start a new playthrough, you should be able to still use the current one by choosing the "v0.42" option when it asks about which update the save file is from. That sends you to the end of version 0.42 and you can take it from there. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I downloaded the full v0.45 and opened an save from the patched version. Played through a bit and made a new save. Loaded the new save into 0. 46 and played a bit more. No problems. Thanks for the replies.

I thought i was in the clear, but not. I get an error that rollback or ignore don't solve. This happens when the MC is traveling back to Akimura shortly after the start of Chapter 5. He has just gotten a notification of a message from Emma. The error occurs when I try to read the message.

Are you on my Discord? If so, ping me there and we can try to figure this out in real-time. The Patreon app is a bit slow with its notifications, so my responses tend to be delayed. If you aren't on the server, that's fine, too. In that case, can you tell me what the error says? Specifically the line that starts with "Exception:" and comes before "Full Traceback"
