How I envision the next scene… six weeks later, the big guy is back in the doctor’s office, but now his belly is dramatically bigger and rounder; so huge that he struggles to get into the examination table. The big guy says doc, i did what you said, ive been overstuffing myself 247 to make sure I’m eating enough. The doc looks at the chart and says oops. The big guy says wait, what ooops? The doc says sorry, but I had the wrong chart before; you weren’t underweight, you were actually pretty big. The doc pats the big guys beach ball sized belly and says whoa, youre belly is gigantic! We need to do another sonogram to check you out - you look like you’re carrying triplets!
