Lady Tsunade's teaching her a special kunoichi technique. I actually don't think I've drawn any Naruto stuff before. I suppose that's fitting with it being my least favorite of the Big 3 (and the only one of which I haven't fully experienced on my own), but hey, this is a solid first go of it, I'd say.
