WIP Preview - Chel (Poll Winner) (Patreon)

Just got this roughed out this afternoon and figured I'd show y'all. As I said in the second Marin post, I am gonna try and hold myself back a little more here with Chel. No offense, but she can't possibly match the passion that I'll put towards Nami and Marin (two of my absolute favorite girls). Plan is for this to be the only pose she'll be getting, with 3 additional alts (so still more than I initially planned for the first poll drawing with Nami haha).
