Be Your Knight Ep. 12 & 13 (Patreon)

Ye Ran leaves after Cheng Che ends their whole plan but it's clear neither of them are okay with parting. Cheng Che chases after him and despite finding him and the two sharing a moment, she doesn't stop him from leaving. The two can feel the distance, and neither of them seems happy.

Cheng Che later retrieves Ting Dong's safety box and fidns files on a man that might have murdered her parents. Meanwhile, Ye Ran seeks out Xiao Xiao and starts a plan with her to get invited to a banquet with the same guy Cheng Che is looking into. Neither of them expect for Cheng Che to later be invited by that man to the banquet, creating a tense situation once Ye Ran shows up.
