In Episode 18, Jan-di’s parents leave her and her brother to fend for themselves, forcing her to find a new place to live. Jae-kyung begins to suspect there’s more between Jan-di and Jun-pyo, while Ji-hoo grows closer to Jan-di. Yi-jung injures his hand badly enough to threaten his pottery, and Gaeul’s attempt to get closer to him ends in rejection. Meanwhile, Jun-pyo discovers Jan-di can no longer swim after injuring her shoulder saving him — and in a surprising move, he becomes her new neighbor, determined to be near her again.
