Was that Tae-Moo's ring? I don't remember him buying a ring, but he did buy her a necklace. If you are referring to the episode that he tried to confess to her with the restaurant staff, that was indeed a necklace. I do agree that she did talk over him a bit and that's something she'll need to work on in their relationship. Also, I heard that some Koreans adopt a "3 date rule" where after 3 dates (roughly) is when they decide if the relationship is going anywhere or not. If it is, then they are considered serious long term (practically a proposal), but if not then they just drop the relationship. So, one month seems fast, but it's not like they'll get married the next day. It could be one or two years down the line. Oh, I forgot THAT scene was in this episode! Whew, I also love how the music changed at that moment like "yep, sweet moment is over. Time for the smex!"
