Quick Update on Our Patreon Shoutouts (Patreon)

We owe you all an apology — if you've noticed that our Patreon supporter shoutout clip in our videos hasn't been updated in a couple of months, you're not wrong, and we're so sorry about that.

As a lot of you know, things have been wildly hectic on our end lately, and unfortunately the shoutout update kept getting pushed to the back burner. Part of the reason the whole process takes so long is that it's always been fully manual on our end — not just updating the clip name by name (which alone can take several hours), but we were also personally writing and sending a welcome message to every single new patron who joined for the first time. We love being able to do that, but between the two of us, it adds up fast!

To help free up some of that time, we've set up an automatic welcome note that will now appear at the top of our Patreon page whenever someone new joins — so new patrons still get that warm welcome without us having to do it manually each time. That takes one big piece off our plate, and we're also looking into a faster way to handle the clip update itself. Hopefully we'll have a smoother system in place really soon and will have that shoutout clip updated very soon too!
