Faith in Angel now?? Instant win!! Although she's definitely still capable of inflicting serious damage, despite her previous arc...

This is the second episode I was waiting for you to see

One of my favorite things about the Buffyverse is how well thought out even small details are. For example: the song playing in the bar as Faith dances/fights is titled "Living Dead Girl". The title gives us insight into how Faith sees herself. In her mind she IS a living dead girl.

Hold up, I think I just noticed a plothole that I didn't realize before! When Angel bashed down the door to save Wesley, he entered the apartment of someone who was still alive, the guy whose keys Faith stole. Cordelia said he was still in the hospital; he wasn't dead. Therefore, with a living tenant, Angel could *not* have entered the apartment uninvited. Just like he couldn't enter the apartment of Kate's father until the guy died from his injuries. Did I miss something? If the guy was squatting in the apartment, he wouldn't have had keys...hmmm...oh, well. LOL I'm also of the mindset -- probably biased -- that they should have killed Faith. I know, technically she's human and young and "lost" and all that, *but* she has done some truly horrendous things and doesn't really deserve to keep living a life in that fictional world. If she had died, another Slayer would have been called, and that would have been a *good* thing.

This is explained later in the series, but I don't wanna get into it cause of spoilers.

No to killing Faith. People enjoyed her too much obviously.

hmm. i don't remember. well, looking forward to rewatching all. Speaking of music, Joss Whedon made it a point to have different unknown and amateur bands play in the Buffy and Angel series to provide variety, and give them exposure.

That last scene is one of my favourites of both shows. Breaks me every time. the shot of Wesley dropping the glass shard with just sound of the rain and faiths crying is chilling

I just assumed that while interviewing the guy, he gave Angel an "invite".

Where's part 2 "Sanctuary"? Or am I missing something?

it's not "PREDESTINATION" , it's Nature vs Nurture. Would Faith be a good person if she had Buffy's family, friends, life?...and yes, "all she needed was better guidance". of course, guidance from more than just one watcher. She doesn't know that the watchers are actually a system,a company, that doesn't care about her. Giles was an amazing exception.
