Not sure who "these fawns" are, and uh, your statement is kind of generalizing, don't you think? Sal is just having fun, it has nothing to do with his species? He wants to show Battam that he's listening, and the scene is simply more fun if Sal is enjoying it. Please consider why you felt like assuming something about Sal's entire species like that, because it feels like a pretty iffy statement to me.

You're good! I think a lot of the context is gonna become more clear as this scene goes on (the comic *is* meant to be read all at once after all, webcomics just function page by page so misunderstandings just happen) and I think you'll see what I mean by Sal just, enjoying the situation and being happy to listen to Battam very specifically. It has nothing to do with him being a satyr, it isn't even mentioned in this scene once. (Don't forget the $5 tier has access to a huge chunk of Sal's backstory which talks about some of this stuff very specifically.)

I suppose I read too much into it and thought it was descending into pup play and that. Even getting mixed up between a satyr and a faun XD (I'm a new subscriber for $1 tbh, I can't yet afford a higher tier, I was fortunate enough that this spot happened to open up)

Oh, I see! Yeah, Battam does use words like puppy or dog, but there's a lot of context behind that, that will come up later in the comic! No pressure on the pledge, just wanted to mention it because the comic is just a LOT farther ahead than this so there's still a lot to learn :D
