Here's Chapter 2, 3, and 4 all in one post to download. Sorry for any confusion!

Thanks for your patience everyone! I've been juggling a ton of projects and updates for so long now that it's really easy for me to forget about this kind of thing. 😂

They don't need to be print resolution on here. You can make them screen res but keep them high quality and it should make the files smaller :)

That requires I make a completely new document for PDFs. Even so, I've done this method you're talking about and barely noticed a different in output quality. What program are you using to do this?

You can export for different outcomes from Adobe InDesign or use the tools in Acrobat Reader. I used to work in digital print. I appreciate you might not use or have access to Adobe CS tho. I don't use it myself atm. I use a different publishing program.

Er, I've been doing this? InDesign doesn't have as many options as I would like that a) keep the clarity of an image and b) keep the file size down. You'll need to be more specific about settings and step by step if you're wanting me to put up smaller file sizes, because I've followed a lot of tutorials and a lot of them just seem to be cool with messy ass jpegs and I am not.
