Oh, cool idea! Really looking forward to this :D One minor comment...I know it's just a WIP, but something looks a little off with Pharah's right arm/wrist

Hmm, I was working with an irl reference and it's pretty much how the wrist bends

I would suggest putting her right arm further back (or in a completely different position), so the hand is more visible. I guess what is missing are the "skin flaps" that occur when bending the wrist like that, so it doesn't look as smooth. Not sure if it's easily fixable tho.

It might be the overall position of her right arm that appears off. Not that it’s necessarily anatomically incorrect, but her right arm looks a little “disembodied” because most of it is hidden behind her body. It’s just a little oddly distracting sticking out from behind her butt. Maybe a different position for her arm would help? Just a suggestion :-) The rest of the pose looks incredible!
