I cannot speak for the pain of underboob bites, but I once had a spider bite me behind the right knee, RIGHT at the joint hinge. The swelling wouldn't go down for two weeks, and I was darn near driven MAD...

Not sure about spiders but damn the most annoying mosquito bites are right in the joints. It's so itchy !
