I'm 42 seconds in ... WTH happened to your FACE????

Mauricio Mariano

I liked the fireplace... A glass of whisky on the side table would be nice to create some "atmosphere"... Three is a saying in Portuguese "O whisky é o melhor amigo do homem, é o cão engarrafado" (Whisky its man's best friend, its a bottled dog).

Drew Bell

This was a lot of fun, and I'd love to see more!

Bill Holt

was hoping for bubbles out of the pipe

The Friendly Giant wants his fireplace back.

Wilmer Schock

Same old, same old, informative, entertaining, interesting, compelling because I always look forward to watching your videos.

Peter Laws

I think I've watched nearly all your stuff and I can USUALLY tell when you are just goofing around ... but ... did you really make that notch in the adjustment nut with an AXE???

Clifton Ballad

Nice, I like the idea of this series. I could smell the cat piss when you were case hardening it tho lol, unless you have one that doesn't reek of ammonia when you heat it up... IF so what is it?

Chuck Kirchner

Very nice. That wrench turned out better than I expected. It LOOKS a bit flimsy, but it isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Perhaps solid pieces inside the grips would strengthen further. I'm no expert, though. Thanks for this "resurrection".

Marc McKenzie

You made it look easy. The intro was the best part of my day. One aspect of tool and technology history that fascinates me is what were the drivers of innovation and ideas at design inflection points when we look back? A lot of research, restoration, and recreation opportunity around those questions!

david batig

Who needs a lathe if you have a drill press and an axe?

handtoolrescue

It does smell brutal. It's the Cherry Red compound.

handtoolrescue

Definitely lots of room for improvement in this design.

handtoolrescue

Haha thank you. Yes! I am going to try and fill the description with as much detail as I can.

Peter Laws

Curse you and your defective bubble pipe!!! :-D

Jeffry Cooper

I think this is a great idea for a series. Maybe even go a bit further, and explore reasons why a particular design might have failed to take hold - not necessarily things like "it just wasn't strong enough", but maybe from the perspective of "the technology didn't exist to make it viable", as an example. I've always been fascinated with forgotten tech or ideas, so this is right up my alley.

Harrison Leake

Would you be willing to make another one (s) for sales. Would you be willing to make one on commission ?

Nylaryx

Extremly curious what happened to the beard Was there a nutella incident!!?? Did you lose some sort of bet??
