Here's some more experimenting from last week, this time with some sharper colors. This admittedly was an experiment in saving time and I think it was largely successful. I used harder edges to shape my planes, and then slightly softened them with a bit of color to make the plane change pop. It's relatively quick to do and gives a nice effect when rendering out a drawing.
