I'd love to finish up the colors on this one sometime soon. It kinda represents a lot of what I did on vacation. Walk around and eat Spam Musubi. It's spam, egg, and a bunch of rice and furikake in a seaweed wrap. It's... not for everyone. But it's certainly for me.

But to that end, I kinda gained a couple pounds on vacation. I mean. That's something everyone does right? But it really cemented home for me that I should take my health more seriously especially as I get a little older. That said it's hard for me to make time for proper exercise. So I'm resorting to just "doing a little bit whenever I can."

So while I'm working at the desk on art, every time I need to take a five minute break, I add a pretty strenuous stretching session and exercise. Push ups, lunges, etc. Lots of body weight stuff that can fit easily in a five minute stretch before getting back to work. Presumably all that exercise in between work will add up to something!

The local snack truck sells a simpler spam musibi, just spam and rice. Makes for a nice and light second breakfast.

Seriously, how many distinct versions of Colette are there? Also, keeping up with exercise is a fantastic idea, even if it's only a little here and there. Personally I haven't done an actual workout in a month or so and I feel wretched.

Okay when I first red Colette Musubi I thought it would be Colette on a bed of rice wrapped in seaweed. :P

Just having a little cheat day while on vacation, she'll burn it off soon enough thanks to her dedication to working out.

Spam musubi is divine, and Colette is adorable
