I have to apologise for not being as on the ball as I would like this month. I have been really poorly and it has impacted my schedule. If you have PMed me and I haven't responded, it is pobably because I was crying with pain on the couch instead of checking my phone or laptop. 

I have touched base with a couple of people to arrange Skype calls and monthly rewards, but I know I haven't spoken to everyone. Please either respond to me in this post or PM me to request your reward, or give me a sharp poke with a stick if I haven't responded yet.

Hell woman; we expect a dance and a song for our paltry two bits! No one cares if your sick! (Actually we do!) Remember as I constantly say to those afflicted; GARLIC AND FRESH JUICE!!! It is even in a medical journal from ancient England in the 1400's! Five cloves on a bed of cream cheese on toast or five to eight on a scramble of eggs and salsa.
