Happy Humpday and National Margarita day! I'm excited for a cocktail tonight at some point. I'm getting collecting some wood and getting ready for a bit of a winter storm that is coming. Hope you're having a good week so far!

At the risk of telling you something you already know, Cointreau is pronounced kaan-trow. And you might consider rimming half of your mango margarita glass with salt and half with sugar the next time you make them.

Yeah...sorry. I'm obviously catching up. Oh, and I like to use Demarara sugar. It has more character and you can tell the difference between that and the salt on the rim of your glass.
