Marvin Prein

Now we are close to getting to the nitty-gritty of season 2. I'm excited! No spoilers, but just a few things to help you understand these episodes, with no history of the League of Legends lore. The creature that Vander has become is the League Champion named Warwick, a bloodthirsty wolf. The old man who "created/changed(?)" him, is called Singed. We have met him multiple times before. In the first episode of the first season, he helped create Shimmer with Silco. He was also the old man Viktor met in the cave with the purple dragon-like creature. He is always lurking in the shadows. The Black Rose that kidnapped Mel is a Noxian kabal (Noxia, is the place where Mel and her family come from). They are very secretive and magic-dealers. This should help you with your understanding without spoiling anything I would hope.

The visuals and soundtrack are always amazing. And I get what you mean, sometimes we don't see a character for a few episodes before diving back into his story.

Michaela Evans

This episode is one of my favorites of this season. Also (not a spoiler), 'the shimmer guy' in that flashback with Vi /Jinx's mom and Vander was actually Silco.

Yup, Detective Douche's not looking so hot lol. Yup, that's Vander! I see that Marvin has taken the liberty of explaining this already, so we'll leave it at that. Also, you're definitely not the only one who feels that the season is having difficulty juggling all the characters it has.
