Literally yesterday I was thinking: Travis should watch Broadchurch, I wonder if anyone's thought of bringing that up (since I generally don't check the line up, I like the surprise). And bam! Here we are. Excellent. Another dark and twisty brit show. You'll love it!

Amelia Norton

I’m so here for the British tv show reactions!!

Chloe S

Oh I'm so excited for you for this series. Looking forward to the commentary etc.

Kate

Amazing cast, excellent show, so excited for this one!

Lina D

YESSSSSSS OH MY GOD YES

Lina D

The guy you were like "is that the guy from Line of Duty?" Yes, yes it is. He's also Dean Thomas from Harry Potter AND Wes from How to Get Away With Murder Also, the poor sister, but like girl....you, the SISTER OF DANIEL LATIMER, left DANIEL LATIMER'S TOY on the beach near a body. It does not take a genius to figure it out. The police don't have to SAY anything when everything you DO is dumb.

Amelia Norton

New character comes on screen, Travis: ‘It was them’😂

ren

omg it's been a while since I saw broadchurch, I love this show!! so excited to rewatch it with you Travis

Simone

Oooh damn, what an awesome surprise! I watched this the first time like 2 years ago and haven't rewatched it yet so this will be a good way of doing it.

Dominic Bull

This show was arguably a springboard for a few of the actors here, including Olivia Colman, and Jonathan Bailey. If it was a strong cast at the time (David Tennant was well established, Pauline Quirke, David Bradley known at least to me from Harry Potter), it looks even stronger in hindsight because of the subsequent success of Olivia, Jonathan and Jodie Whittaker.

Jordan McAth

Oh nice, you keep doing so many good shows. I have only watched this series once but its pretty good! I remember the main story but will be fun to rematch and get the details again!

clémence

Ohhhh I saw this a while back, but I am not sure I saw the whole thing. Can't remember anything besides that it was good!! Excited to watched again :)

SeeJay

Haha the first 5 minutes being you just freaking out that every single actor in the history of British Television was just casually dropping in.

scarr

Oh we doing ALL the UK crime dramas 😆 Excited to rewatch broadchurch with you- like a lot of others here it seems I too watched it awhile ago and remember almost nothing except that I liked it! And yes what a cast. My favorite part of this whole ep might’ve been your reaction to seeing Jonathan Bailey lol - it was the double take and “…woah” that I really felt 🤣 Love that man so much

Kyra Sharp

Harlen Coben's mini series are short and also amazing. Definitely worth looking into. Fool Me Once, Shelter, and The Stranger, are emotional and gripping.
