You technically did not miss any revealed information about Lana's pregnancy. So far, the doctor has talked to Lex about "Lana's condition" and "despite this not being a normal pregnancy, things are on schedule." And then Lex killed the doctor in this episode because he was threatening to reveal what the situation is. So we as the audience don't know what's going on, just that something is up.
