Somehow i think Alice wasn't in the shed when it burned, i believe she locked the door burned the shed and took off.

Yeah man the time shifts really mess with me. Like you when the army chic said in the future that she’d never had kids I was momentarily questioning whether that was the same pregnant lady from the past. And it was further confusing to me because like wouldn’t Alice’s mom have known she was pregnant during that time if she was the one investigating her daughter’s case? That makes no sense to me. Nor does it make sense why the mom in the future is so focused on finding the other girl in the picture who she thinks is Alice if in the past she just found out the DNA matched. I really needed an explanation for that this ep and it didn’t come. And now this last scene with the girl who looks like the one who supposedly died in that fire I’m assuming was supposed to be the present/future timeline but I honestly have no fucking clue 😅
