So you finally know the truth about the baby! What I really enjoy about this storyline is that they never told Michael Rosenbaum ahead of time where the storyline would go, so he plays Lex's concern for Lana and the baby so well (since he didn't know she wasn't pregnant in the first place). Any hint in Lex's face that something was up is just us reading things into his usual evil expressions lol.
