Anyone can go to meetings, no age limit. But there are meetings designated for young people as well. I HATE THE CATHERINE FOX OF IT ALL!!!!!! Thank youuuuuuu

Yeah when I was 16 I had a 15 year old girlfriend who I'd attend meetings N/A to support her. It was us 2 and a bunch of adults. I'm much older now, so there's probably some changes but it's definitely not unheard of

AA/NA have no age limits or restrictions in that regard. There is also Al Anon which provide support and meetings for friends/families/people affected by alcoholics/addicts. Al Anon also has what they call Alateen meetings for kids/teens affected by other people's alcoholism/addiction. There's separate literature and everything.
