Oh god same. Kate is also bugging me. The fact she immediately went and told Jack about the situation she happened upon that Sayid had asked her to keep under wraps and then had the nerve to act all flippant about it when confronted pissed me off somethin fierce

Ok Travis I’m so impressed you clocked Ben’s mom as Arlene SO FAST!! I honestly was barely registering her face as somewhat familiar looking when you said it! Think the blonde hair and lack of southern accent really threw me 😂

Ben’s dad is Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite 😂 He was also the dead dude that Hurley and Sawyer found in the van they were driving around back in season 2

They both have always irritated me the second half of this season. I loved Jack in the first half, especially when it came time to doing Ben's operation, that was just great and honestly pure genius. And Kate didn't bother me the first half either, aside from her constant flip flopping between Jack and Sawyer. It was completely understandable why she would go back for him and we know Jack would have done the same. But she too irritated me once they got back to the camp. It's obvious her intention was to get back on his good graces by telling him, but when she got jealous of Juliet she did it out of spite. The way Kate used Sawyer bothered me the most though, she knew how he felt about her and it was just cruel. I also hate Jack's excuse "I didn't know what to do about it yet." Okay, that doesn't answer why you have been suspicious ever since you got back, not letting anyone ask Juliet questions or even listening to anyone. I always hated how he spoke to Sayid when he was trying to get answers out of her when they were heading back to the camp. He had every right and then him joking about it when she brought up how she had him handcuffed to a swing set for 3 days. I just wanted to punch him! She had only told him the truth up until very recently, so that means he had been just blinding trusting her and not being loyal to anyone else and he didn't explain why he was doing that. Thank goodness Juliet was a good person and did the right thing or he would have still been an idiot.

Carrie Preston (Arlene on True Blood / Ben's mom here) is actually married to Michael Emerson who of course plays adult/regular Ben :D
