I love this movie so much!!! I really liked the book when I was little too

Ha'ane Rose 🦋

I love this movie and it's actually a book series with like 7 books I believe?! But they were only able to make three movies sadly.. and its funny that you mention Aslan being like Jesus because the whole series is supposed to be like a retelling of the Bible lol

krissy

I grew up in the Bible Belt so we went on a field trip to see this movie. A friend sitting beside me literally started speaking in tongues during Aslan’s resurrection scene. She’s chill now lmao. My big takeaway from the movie back then was a huge crush on the actor who played Peter. lol

Alicia Cue

not so much a retelling as much as it’s just C.S Lewis loved him a biblical allegory 😂

Helen Moore

actually it is the opposite, he has said he did not mean for him to be an allegory but an actual incarnation of jesus christ if he were born in a fantasy land where animals could speak.

We got actual Liam Neeson in this one, then Temu Liam Neeson in TWD 3x3 lol. I do like this movie (there are 3 in this particular series), but I actually prefer the older BBC Chronicles of Narnia movies. I hear that the Chronicles of Narnia is getting yet another reboot. I'll give the first one a shot when it comes out and we'll see from there

Yes, 7 books is correct. There's the publishing order, and an in-world chronological order to the books. I believe that The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe was published first, but is second in the chronology of the world. Feel free to correct me if my info is off in any way.

“she’s chill now” i’m fucking crying😂😂

Max Ride

Would love if you Watched Prince Caspian. I like that one just as much as this one.

I’m pretty sure everyone had a crush on Peter. 😂😂

Lacy Hause

Oh my goodness… Not Temu Liam Neeson!!! I’m assuming you’re talking about the Governor? 😂😂

So, there’s a fan theory that Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are actually the four founders of Hogwarts. If you read the theory, it actually kind of makes sense. JK Rowling has even said that CS Lewis was a significant influence on her which led to people suggesting the structure of the Hogwarts founders was a nod to the Pevensie siblings, based on four personality traits. 1. Peter is courageous = Gryffindor 2. Susan is intelligent = Ravenclaw 3. Lucy is loyal = Hufflepuff 4. Edmund is ambitious = Slytherin Even though I do agree that Edmund is Slytherin, I disagree with the trait being ambition. Another similarity is that both Harry Potter and Chronicles of Narnia share the use of a lion as the central symbol of goodness, spirituality, and courage — Aslan in Narnia and the lion on the Gryffindor crest. Another theory, even though its kinda been disproven, is that Hogwarts is actually in Narnia and the wardrobe that the siblings step through to get to Narnia is actually the other half of the vanishing cabinet that’s in Borgin & Burke’s. But we know this to be false because we see Draco mending the one in the Room of Requirement so the Death Eaters can be there to witness Dumbledore’s death in the Half-Blood Prince. There’s plenty more theories out there, and ngl some of them are really crazy and far-fetched. But, some of them kinda make you sit and think, especially the ones about them being the founders. 🤔

That’s all I’m gonna see now every time I watch TWD. 🤣🤣

Ilsuk Yang
