Becky Mitchell

One of my best friends since high school is a EMT/Paramedic in Boston. He got sent to NYC to assist on 9/11. I know he has stress and trauma from that but he will never discuss it with us. He did talk to a therapist that specialized in search and rescue and mass casualty type trauma. I think the therapist was a military combat medic who got a psych degree after leaving the combat unit. So, he is uniquely qualified to talk to people about this kind of stress and trauma. I wish there wasn't a need for people like him, but I'm glad there are people willing to step up.

This is one of the best episodes of television that has ever been produced. I think the magnitude of the shooting kind of makes us forget that this is also the anniversary of the day his mentor died so when he came in that day he was already on the verge. Noah Wyle is hands down one of the best actors in the game.
