Amelia is so strong. I’ve struggled with addiction so I know the kind of hold it can have on you. Getting sober was easy. Staying sober is what’s hard. Even now, 3 years later, I still feel the urge every once in a while, especially when my anxiety or stress levels are high. When I first got out of treatment, the therapist told me to get into a routine. She said get rid of old people, places, and things because as long as I’m around the same people, going to the same places, and doing the same things, I will relapse. So we moved. She also told me to find a hobby or interest that I could do to help keep me sober. Which brings me to how I found Travis. I was watching random reaction videos on YouTube and there he was. Subscribing to Travis every month is way better than spending on the other shit.
