I’m not mad at Ivy honestly. She and Karen had like 1 or 2 friendly ish moments together but they’re not friends. Ivy’s actually tried pretty hard to keep Karen at a distance bc of their forced competitive situation. And I didn’t even know if she knew who Dev was when they slept together but clearly she did. So that was shitty and we can see she feels bad about it but Dev is the one who sucks for that.

I might also just be more empathetic towards Ivy because I’m worried for her…they keep showing her drinking or using other substances to numb and the entanglements she’s had with Derek and now Dev- who I think are both major assholes- kinda suggests she might not think too highly of herself which makes me sad 😞

"You don't end a musical with a suicide!" West Side Story and Miss Saigon say "ORLY?" And two lyricists/composers should really have known that. And shows where a main non-villain character died in general include King and I, Les Mis, South Pacific, Carousel, Cabaret, Evita, JC Superstar, Into the Woods, Cats, and plenty more. So it's not even a valid argument against the success of a show
