Oh look, it's the 5th Doctor

This show is so funny!😂 Miranda is actually the writer of the show as well

Siobhan Linehan

I'm happy that you've embraced the silliness of the show straight away, I wasn't sure if you'd get the humour but you do which is awesome. Miranda and Tom Ellis have surprisingly great chemistry, on paper you'd never ever put them together romantically lol but it just works. You do root for them to be together. And as someone else said, the old guy French teacher who hooks up with Stevie was the 5th Doctor back in the Classic Doctor Who series. He's also the father in law of David Tennant, the 10th Doctor, who you've seen. Small world. 😂 All of Miranda's stories about her boarding school in the show are 100% true. She really did go to school with someone called Bruschetta lol. And the tiny chairs thing is a very British specific joke. In primary school, elementary schools you call them, all the kids sit on those tiny plastic chairs and when parents go into school to meet with teachers they have to sit on the tiny chairs. So her getting stuck in one and breaking one is about that. 😂😂
