I clicked on this so fast. Such an incredible and special episode. I don’t know if you knew the actors for Rebecca, Toby and Randall do a rewatch podcast that’s really great. Sterling K Brown had such a similar reaction to Mark, hates him so much when he’s on screen. You can’t help but have a visceral reaction seeing him. I love the way they reveal everything so thoughtfully. The tape from Jack. The house coming up from the ground and showing the future. Just all amazing.

IIRC the baby that plays Jack doesn’t have the same exact condition as described in the show, but he doesn’t have full sight.

Aside from the fire/Super Bowl episode, this is one of the episodes I could not WAIT to see your reaction to. It’s such a rollercoaster of emotions. I remember the first time I watched this episode and I was so fucking nervous with all those lit candles all over the cabin. I thought for sure they were about to lose a second home.

But now you see why I love this episode and the past three episodes sm, as it just is so good !!! Like it just felt so beautiful and never out of place, and just a real beautiful snapshot of life itself !

Last comment (before I go over to your psych watches as for some reason email didn't notify me of those... smh email-,) but the fact you also appreciate the teens acting too and the mannerisms, and what's crazy is those three were a last minute hire and decision! Which is insane in all the best ways!

Such a beautiful, heartfelt show. I've never known something to make me emotional in some way every single episode. Amazing! The thought of hearing your dad's voice after so long, thinking you're listening at 18, when in fact your 40, and he's gone. Heartbreaking, but so cathartic too. What I wouldn't give to hear my mum on a message like that!
