I have no idea why the audio capture ended up completely different than season one... I'm very sorry you're all getting a subpar product with this one. It will be fixed for the youtube upload, obviously, and also will be fixed for all patreon footage moving forward. Thank you :)

Frosty DOES have a total personality shift-- it's meant to be that, amongst her peers for the first time, she's learned to let loose and act her age. I personally don't fully buy that, it feels like a retcon, but honestly, that's not a bad thing, the bubbly, actual-12-year-old Frosta is so fun, I appreciate her. You wouldn't want stern, straight-laced Frosta clashing with stern, straight-laced Angella

It makes sense imo, when she's dealing with her subjects ect she's in "work" mode whilst with her peers and out of her kingdom ect she gets to have fun and be a kid however because of her responsibilities and duties from an early age that also means she is still learning how to do those things without going overboard

Bow has always had an interest in tech! He made the tracker pad that led he and Glimmer to the sword in the Whispering Woods. He also made the sonic arrow if you remember that. It just comes up much more often now that they don’t have Entrapta

Is anyone else not able to hear any dialogue? I know Mortius said it's subpar quality, but this feels more extreme than that. I wanna make sure I'm not the only one. It's just so weird being able to hear music and sound but not words.

Glad the sound bug got fixed (more or less) a little over halfway in, cause I did miss hearing the performances, cause She-Ra has one of the most excellent voice acting ensembles I've seen in animated show. Though I do love getting to appreciate the music solo, too. Yeah, the Frosta personality switch is the one big character detail that doesn't totally work, cause they don't properly illustrate her letting down those walls and letting people in. For Bow, he did say in S1 he was a member of the Etherian maker community, like with his trick arrows. Making a sonic arrow like he did does take some significant technical smarts. He just didn't have the onus to be a tech wizard till Entrapta was gone.

Yeah I agree that Frosta's personality switch is a little jarring and out of place. I understand there's a time skip for them to get to know each other more and the personality makes sense for a child her age, it's just so different from where we started I wish we got to see at least one episode where Frosta wasn't as bubbly and we see the other princesses start to bring out that part of her.

Although I think Frostas change personality wise makes a lot of sense I do agree there should've been an episode where we see the wall break down around the group. Basically an episode where she realizes shes in a safe space to act like a child

Yay! She-Ra’s back! They do retcon Frosta (for the better I think - her infectious kid energy is delightful), but as others have said, Bow was always the gadget guy - that’s why he was an Entrapta super fan in season one (SONIC ARROW!) Glad you’re liking S2 so far - every season is better than the last - and the character development just keeps getting more interesting.

I might be wrong, but it sounds like it might have been a good idea if you had taken it easy a bit longer. In any case, thanks for the video; it made my sick leave a little more bearable. Something I've been meaning to ask you for a while: What do you think became of the lizard that Adora accidentally transformed? PS: The audio issue was unfortunate, but at least I got to see your cute puppy for the first time. (And that was in the episode with the Entrapta Robo puppy!) Regarding the apple question: I used to prefer Boskoop, later Delcorf. And of course, applesauce.

I always had the impression that she pretended to be someone she wasn't at the beginning. Because she had to rule so young and present her kingdom. Now she's finally thawed out.

No I also think that is what happened, however when you're putting on a fake persona like pretending to be strict and assertive and such, there is usually a period where you have to adjust to not defaulting to your fake personality because you've been doing it so long. And here with Frosta we jump from her fake strict persona to her natural fun-loving and more reckless personality without seeing the transition. Which I know that happens logically because there is a bit of a time skip but still, I would have liked to see it.
