Can not wait for this. You spoil us, going to settle in after dinner to fully absorb it all! Thanks a lot!

CappuccinoJava

Wow that's great! I'll use these recipe on my deathwing shield.

Hellglazer

Cannot wait to watch this and crack on with my Lion!!

Paper Demon

Looking awesome!! I was wondering if you will cover at some point the best way to glue painted sub-assemblied and what to do with the potential gaps between the parts… thank you!

infernalbrush

Thank you. I'm working on a video for this now which will cover assembly, clean up, gap filling etc

Paper Demon

Great!! Thank you so much, putting together painted parts always hurts me one way or the other… 😅

Andrew Steel (CMDante)

Awesome video as always broodah! Love the detail you’ve gone into with covering the whole process and the end results look ace! Especially impressive is getting great definition between a number of similar or close hue areas (the wax seals and the red, the brass and gold etc) - impressive stuff!

Absolutely amazing. Thanks for releasing this one! Not only good for painting the shield but some wider more valuable information in there!

SwoopEU

Great video thanks Dave!

Thanks so much for the kind words as ever Dante. It was a bit of a fine balance with so many warm colours but I am hoping overall it works when the rest of the model is assembled

Rivers Miniatures

This is AWESOME. I would like to do a TMM in the shield and shoulders. Do you think Dantes TMM recipe is good for that scheme? Thanks!!!

infernalbrush

Yes you could do, usually in the studio we used xv88, mournfang, doombull, rhinox, ushabti/screaming skull, white final tint glazes of yellow and orange if needed

infernalbrush

You could do. I don't think the box art one does, looks almost slightly purple. I would probably just paint grey scale, establish volumes and glaze some other colours in, like purple or blue etc
